Funeral services for Robert Harrison Trimble, 79, who died Sunday at his home in Gassville, were held Tuesday morning at Burnt School with Rev. Lee Anderson officiating. Burial was in the Burnt School Cemetery, with Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Trimble was born near Advance, December 12, 1872, and spent his entire life in that section of Baxter County until he moved to Gassville about two months ago. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, three sons, James of Oxford, Kansas, Herbert and Ralph of Wichita, Kansas; two daughters, Mrs. Stella Beavers of Gassville, and Miss Mable Trimble of the home; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
