Mrs. Vernal Ethel Rasor, 78, died Nov 26, at the White River Convalescent Center in Calico Rock. She was a resident of Norfork before entering the nursing home. Funeral services were at 2PM Saturday at Lone Rock Baptist Church. Rev. Troy Melton officiated. Interment was in the Burnt School House Cemetery.
Born at Lone Rock, she was the daughter of William V. Hambrick and Lillie Knight Hambrick.
Survivors are one son, Russell Rasor of Norfork; three sisters, all of Oklahoma City, OK, Mrs. Rose Shelton, Mrs. Ruby Nuckolls, and Mrs. Billie Buck; and two granchildren. She was preceded in death by one brohter and two sisters.
