Mrs. Maggie L. Johnson, 96, a resident of Norfork and a member of the Church of Christ, died Sunday at the Maplewood Farms Nursing Home.
She was the daughter of the late William and Tena McCubins Sanders, born Oct 11, 1880, in Lone Rock. She was married to Carl G. Johnson who preceded her in death in 1937. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Wednesday at the Lone Rock Church of Christ, officiated by Brother Irvin Barnes. Pallbearers were Glen Jearl, Geary and Dale Chapman, Henry Bench and Wade Hurst. Interment took place at the Burnt Schoolhouse Cemetery, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
