1891 - March 4, 1968
Edwin Hardy Tutt, aged 77 of 109 Hilltop Courts, died Monday afternoon in a local hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Ouachita County and a retired carpenter. He was a member of the Buena Vista Methodist Church. Mr. Tutt is survived by his wife, Mrs. Effie Shirey Tutt; three daughters, Mrs. John Buckner, Camden, Mrs. John White, Freemont, Calif., Mrs. George Manok, Houston, Texas; three sons, Emmett of Freemont, Calif, Fred H. of Camden and Thomas E. Tutt of Hayward, Calif; one brother, Frank Tutt of Camden; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Proctor's Chapel with burial in Buena Vista Cemetery. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (Camden News - March 5, 1968)
