This Pace individual was buried in the Wildcat Cemetery. Prior to the impounding of the Bull Shoals Reservoir, the remains were moved to Plot # 184 in the New Wildcat Cemetery, now known as the Fairview Cemetery.
This is one of two Pace graves where no first name was listed on either the Corps of Engineers' records or on the gravestone which was crafted sometime after the graves were relocated to the Fairview Cemetery. As a result, it would appear that when the Corps of Engineers was collecting data on the individuals buried in a cemetery, someone was able to remember that a certain grave belonged to a person of the Pace family, but no one could recall the first name.
