Hefly Cemetery has been recorded as an historical site with the Arkansas Archeological Survey as 3NW1241.

This is a small historic era cemetery measuring 100 feet north to south and 79 feet East to West. It contains an estimated 16 graves concentrated in the eastern half near the road. It is surroounded by a barbed wire fence attached to cedar poles (many rotted and leaning) and ceder trees with a single entrance on the south end of the east side. There are over 20 Yucca plants in the cemetery and one to the south of it.
