Died Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon, July 22, 1979.
Married (1) October 3, 1915, Baxter County, Arkansas, Pearl M. Melton Head.
Married (2) 1945 in Indiana, Mrs. Lorene Wooten Head.

William Claude Head, 82, of Lebanon, OR, died Monday of last week at Lebanon. A former resident of Mt. Home, he had resided at Lebanon since 1950.
Mr. Head was born Oct 11, 1896, the son of Lizzie Zubek Head and John Head. He was married in 1945 in Indiana to Lorene Wooten who survives him.
Other survivors include one son, Leo Head of Dardanelle; one step son, Oliver Wooten of Lebanon; one daughter, Louise Jackson of Lebanon; one brother, Albert Head of Mt. Home; seven grandchildren and two step grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at 2PM Sunday, at the Burnt Schoolhouse Cemetery. Officiating for the service was Bro. Lyndale Harberson, minister of the Assembly of God Church. In charge of arrangements was the Roller Funeral Home.
