Funeral services for Lloyd Morrell Woods, 30, who died Wednesday of last week in the Veterans Hospital in Memphis, TN, were held Saturday at ther Burnt Schoolhouse, with the Rev. Shaver officiating. Burial was in the Burnt Schoolhouse Cemetery with the Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Woods was born in Baxter County, May 27, 1924. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife; a son Morrell; two daughters, Pamela and Iva of the home; his father, L.Z. Woods of Lone Rock; a brother, Garland of Lone Rock; and a sister Mrs. Fern Burleson of Norfork.
