ROBINSON, Legrand S. - A fatal accident occurred three miles northwest of Gravett Tuesday morning in which Legrand S. Robinson lost his life. He hitched one of his horses to a cart for the purpose of training it so that his children could drive to school. As the horse was perfectly gentle he did not apprehend any danger but from some unaccountable cause the horse became frightened and was soon beyond control, throwing Mr. Robinson out of the cart on the back of his head, crushing his skull, from which he died in a short time. Mr. Robinson was an old and respected citizen of this county, having lived here for forty years of more. He was buried Wednesday afternoon by the Masonic Lodge of that place of which he was an honored member. His family has our sincere condolence in their sad bereavement.
