GRAVETTE — Fawneva Jane Tiger, 60, of Gravette died March 2, 2007, at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla. She was born June 10, 1946, in Gallup, N.M., to Creed Pershing and Eulalia Barbara Trout.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Franklin. She was a beautician in Gravette for 40 years at the Milady Beauty Shop and Fawneva's Beauty Salon. She was a member of the Gravette United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Jaycees.
Survivors include one daughter, Keisa Franklin of Decatur; one grandson, Casey Faddis of Gravette; two brothers, Tom Trout of Henderson-Las Vegas, Nev., and John Lowry of Gravette; husband, Ron Tiger of Tularosa, N.M.
A celebration of her life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Gravette Methodist Church. Her ashes will be placed in the Hillcrest Cemetery Columbarium in Gravette.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, a local animal shelter or for someone's prescription drugs.
