Husband of (1) Elizabeth "Betty" Childers (marr. 03 Aug 1855), (2) Mrs. Marion E. Smith (marr. 04 Aug 1904)
Soon after the birth of their first child, F. H. and Betty migrated to Denton Co., Tx. They raised their large family of 9+ children in Denton, Collin and Wise Counties. Betty may have died soon after the 1900 decennial census was taken and F. H. then moved back to Lawrence County.
