Bob Castleman Sr son of Ezra Castleman and Ruby Thornston Castleman. Virginia Dobbie (Starr) Castleman daughter of Rhea Millard Starr, Sr. and Pansy Ellen (Phillips) Starr.

Bob was born on January 18, 1927 and passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2010. Bob was a resident of Pocahontas, Arkansas at the time of his passing. He was married to Virginia. Memorial service will be held July 10, 2010 in Hope Cemetery at 10:00 a.m.

Virginia Dobbie Castleman, 77, of Pocahontas, died Oct. 11, 2008, at St. Bernards in Jonesboro.

Born March 30, 1931, in Imboden, she was the daughter of Rhea and Pansy Ellen Starr. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pocahontas.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Lillian Hackworth.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Castleman; two sons, Richard Castleman and wife Diane, Pocahontas, and Bobby Castleman, Imboden; a daughter, Pam McIntosh, Leslie; three sisters, Mary Pope, Ruth Potter and husband Cecil, and Roberta Stephens and husband Kenneth; three brothers, Herbert Starr, Everett Starr and wife Hazel, and Rhea Starr Jr. and wife Peggy; and six grandchildren, Mikemark Castleman, Virginia McCord, Elizabeth Castleman, Jerrod Castleman, Katie McIntosh and Michael McIntosh.

Graveside service was Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Hope Cemetery at Imboden with Herbert Starr officiating. McNabb Funeral Home of Pocahontas had charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Donald Stephens, Kenneth Stephens, Mooney Starr, Terry Depriest, Mikemark Castleman, Jerrod Castleman, Michael McIntosh and Ronald Potter.
