John Alvin Kirkpatrick, aged 83 of Hampton, AR, died July 10, 1986 in Hampton. He was born Nov. 25, 1903 in Louisiana, son of John Stanley Kirkpatrick and Janie White; he is survived by wife Willow Cherry Kirkpatrick of Hampton and one daughter, Dorothy Allred of El Dorado; by three sisters, Lillie Taylor of Hampton, Maggie Massey of Shreveport, LA and Vera Marrs of Houston, TX by three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was buried in New Hope Cemetery in Calhoun County.
