Bernice Lorene Skidmore, 75, of Norfork died Tuesday, April 11, 2000, in a Calico Rock hospital.
Born Jan 6, 1925, in Iuka, she was the daughter of Frank E. and Zelma Agnes Fountain Killian. She was a housewife and a member of the Norfork Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Sid Skidmore; a daughter, Marcia Kelley of Norfork; two sisters, Bea Lawrence of Norfork, and Fern Dockins of Brockwell; two grandsons, Gregg Skidmore and Patrick Kelley, both of Norfork; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
The funeral will be at 2PM Thursday at the Norfork Baptist Church with Frank Stewart officiating. Burial will be at the Norfork Cemetery under the direction of Howard Funeral Home of Calico Rock.
Pallbearers will be Joe Light, Brady Stewart, Craig Killian, Steven Hood, Bobby Ramey and David Havner.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Lawrence, Jim Light, and Allen Stamper.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8PM tonight.
