Funeral services for Albert Rottman, 87, a retired resident of Norfork who was fatally injured in a highway accident on Wednesday of last week, were conducted Saturday at the Norfork Baptist Church.
The officiating minister was Rev. O.I. Ford
pastor of the East Side Baptist Church of Mt. Home. Interment was in the Norfork Cemetery, under the direction of the McClure Service.
Pallbearers were Paul Hogan, Hoyd Lewis, Sid Skidmore, Wilson Neargardner, J.B. Clark and Frank Lawrence.
Mr. Rottman was born at Chicago, IL, on Jan 28, 1880. A retired milkman and a widower, he had resided in Norfork for 15 years. The two-vehicle mishap which claimed his life occurred on State Highway 5, about nine miles south east of Mt. Home, when his Chevrolet pickup truck collided with a 2 1/2 ton truck belonging to a Willow Springs, MO candy firm.
Mr. Rottman is survived by a son, Albert L. Rottman of Chicago and a granddaughter, Shirley Gaffney of California.
