A graveside service for 74-year-old Paul G. Reeves of Pleasant Valley, MO, will be held Friday at 2PM at Norfork Cemetery with Elvis Cantwell officiating. Mr. Reeves died Tuesday (Oct 10, 2000) at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO.
He was born May 22, 1936, in Columbus, Ohio, to James B. and Glenna Reeves. He married Virginia Cantwell on July 3, 1950 in Norfork. He lived in Pleasant Valley since 1952, moving from Columbus.
Mr. Reeves was a metal finisher for General Motors in Fairfax, KS for 25 years. He was a member of the Pleasant Valley Senior Citizens, and a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, of the home; two sons, Dennis Reeves of San Diego, CA and Robert Reeves of the home; one daughter, Sharon Weber of North Kansas City, MO; one sister, Patricia Albert of Los Angeles, CA; two grandchildren, Andrea and Mike Reeves; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Robert and David Reeves.
Burial is at Norfork Cemetery.
Memorial may be made to the Pleasant Valley Senior Citizens Club.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
