*Obituary
Billy Killian, a lifetime resident of Norfork, died Sunday at Baxter General Hospital. He was 60.
Mr. Killian was born at Iuka, Nov 4, 1921. He was a heavy construction carpenter and a member of the Norfork-Salesville VFW. Mr. Killian was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Edward Killian and Zelma Agnes Fountain Killian.
Survivors include one son, Billy Wayne Killian of Bologna, Italy; one brother, Dave of Norfork; six sisters, Lola Fern Dockins of Brockwell, and Della Mae Stewart, Ruby Stewart, Bernice Skidmore, Mary Light and Bea Lawrence, all of Norfork; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were Wednesday at the Norfork Baptist Church with Brother Frank Stewart officiating. Graveside services at the Norfork Cemetery were conducted by the North Central Arkansas Veterans Council. Pallbearers were Charley Brock, Jim Smith, Ronnie Kelley, Fred Stewart, Bill Stewart and Dickey Stewart. Honorary pallbearers were Victor Stewart, Wayne Hager, Paul Light, Robin Killian and Rick Lawrence.
Arrangements were by Roller Funeral Home.
