Funeral services for Hamner Winters Davis, 80,
who died December 17, at his home in Norfork, were held Friday, Dec 10, at Norfork Church of Christ, with the Rev Joe Keener officiating. Burial was in the Norfork Cemetery, with the Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Spanish-American War veterans of Baxter County were honorary pallbearers.
Mr. Davis was born November 18, 1872, in Washington, DC. He moved here in 1923. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Dale Davis of the home and Horton Davis of Griggsville, IL and a daughter Mrs. Marion Girard of St. Joseph, IL.
