Born in Texarkana, Arkansas. Served in Co. 'H', 14th Cavalry stationed at Fort Clark, Texas from August 1913. Was Lieutenant in 301st Cavalry stationed at the Presidio of Monterey, CA at Palo Alto.
Died 5 November 1918 at Texarkana, Arkansas in the Influenza Epidemic of 1918-1919.
