Funeral services for Charles A. Blevins who died October 15, at his home in Norfork were held at the Norfork Methodist Church by the Rev. J.C. Wilcox.
Born August 18, 1872, Mr. Blevins came to Arkansas when a young man and made his home her until his death. He was a member of the Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge. He was president of the Citizens Bank of Norfork during its operation. He has been a prominent farmer of the county and was in the mercantile business in Norfork for a number of years.
Mr. Blevins was married to Mary Jane Payne, November 11, 1906 and she preceded him in death. Hi is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Goldie Francis and Mrs. Clara Hanks and three grandchildren.
