Mrs. Willie B. Baker died at her home in Norfork Thursday night of last week after an illness of several months. Mrs. Baker was 62 years of age and a native of Baxter County. She was a member of the Baptist Church and a Christian lady of the highest type. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at Norfork, conducted by Rev. W.H. McCuistion of Gassville. Mrs. Baker is survived by three sons, E.T. Baker, postmaster of Norfork, W.A. Baker of Norfork and J.R. Baker of Oklahoma.

(Note: The maiden name of Willie Baker may be improperly inscribed on the gravestone. In the obituary for her son, Evander Tate Baker, her name was listed as Willie Belle Etheridge Baker.)
