CLARKE, Marion J. - Marion J. Clarke, for many years a resident of Bentonville, died at his home in Pittsburg, Kan. February 20, 1916 of a complication of diseases. His wife and six children, Robert of Tulsa, Okla.;
Jasper, Leonard, Mrs. Fred Seitz, Mrs. Fred Scott and Mrs. William King, all of Pittsburg; his mother, Mrs. E.L. Clarke, two brothers and six sisters, Hile and Clarence Clarke, Mrs. Fred Johnston, Mrs. Lawson Branham, Mrs. B.V. Crist, Misses Annie and Allie Clarke, all of Kansas City and Mrs. W.J. Goebel of DeSoto, Kansas. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 22. The body was taken to Bentonville, Ark. and interment made in Oaks cemetery six miles northeast of Bentonville.

CLARK, Lucinda - Lucinda Clark, wife of M.J. Clark, died at her home five miles northwest of Bentonville June 9th, 1900 of heart failure, aged thirty—nine years, 6 months and 8 days. The deceased was born in Missouri in 1860; was married to M.J. Clark in 1877; moved to Arkansas in 1886. She leaves a husband and six children, three boys and three girls, to mourn the loss of a true and loving wife and mother. The funeral services were held at four o'clock Saturday afternoon and the remains were laid to rest in the Oakes cemetery, four miles north of Bentonville.
