The stone gives these dates: 28 Nov 1857 - 22 Jan 1884. However, it is probable that she was the daughter of Joel & Sarah "Sally" Perry Simcock of Virginia, and therefore her year of birth would have been 1847. 1st wife of John Franklin Cloar. John is buried in Primrose UM Cemetery in Pulaski Co, AR.
