Norris Walton (Dobby) Harvey, 45, of Norfork, died Saturday at Baxter General Hospital in Mt. Home.
Mr. Harvey was born Jan 30, 1938, at Norfork and was a lifetime resident. He was an operator for the Corps of Engineers Government Service, a member of Norfork Church of Christ and a Navy veteran of the Korean War.
Mr. Harvey's funeral was Sunday at 2:30PM with Brother Jimmy Ray Adams officiating. Visitation was Saturday at Roller Chapel of Roller Funeral Home, Mt. Home, with interment at Norfork Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Robert Dale Skidmore, Terry Nearn, Wayne Hager, Donald Harvey, Kerby Holder and Pete Woodcock. Honorary pallbearers were Lon Lonon and E.J. Weatherford.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Kepner Harvey; mother, Albania Ellen Harvey of Norfork; daughters, Suzanne Harvey of Fort Dix, NJ and Gusty Harvey and Becky Harvey of Sand Springs, OK; brothers, Glen Harvey of Tustin, CA, Lefty Harvey of Salesville, and Harold Harvey of McAllen, TX; sisters, Virginia Masters of North Little Rock and Nina Johnston of Stella, MO; nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
