Donald L. Rouse, 62, of Mt. Home died Sunday (Oct 17, 1993) at Baxter County Regional Hospital.
Services will be 2PM Wednesday at the College and North Street Church of Christ with Bro. Bill Dillon and Bro. Robert F. Lawyer officiating. Visitation is from 9AM to 9PM today with the family receiving friends from 6-8PM at Roller Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Norfork Cemetery with Stan Bridgman, Dave Pitchford, Junior Treat, F.L. 'Lefty' Harvey, Donald Harvey, Devon Blanchard, Bobby Lance and Doug Rouse as pallbearers.
Mr. Rouse was born on Feb 10, 1931, at Norfork and was a lifetime resident. He was an electrician for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and served in the United States Army. He was a member of the College and North Street Church of Christ. He married Ivon Treat on Sep 15, 1956, at Mt. Home. He enjoyed gardening.
Both parents, Oren M. and Dessie Ellen Hagar Rouse, and a sister preceded him in death.
Survivors include four sons, Donald L. Rouse, Jr. of North Little Rock, Charles D. Rouse of Gassville, Scott A. Rouse and Chris E. Rouse both of Mt. Home; one daughter, Myrna Killian of Gassville; one brother, Dean Rouse of Mt. Home; five grandchildren; four step grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial may be made to the College and North Church of Christ.
