February 10, 1899 - April 11, 1967
Henry Thomas Hornaday, 68, a resident of Waldo, died Tuesday morning in a Smackover hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born Feb. 10, 1899, the son of Alex and Sophorina Hampton Hornaday. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Carl Gray, El Dorado, Mrs. C. O. Blenton, Abilene, Tex., and Mrs. H. T. Horton, Fordyce; and one brother, Robert Lee Hornady, Fordyce. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Calhoun County. (El Dorado Daily News - April 12, 1967)
