Applied for veterans pension #13048 on August 15, 1907

Coffee’s Regiment Arkansas Cavalry was actually a Missouri Cavalry Regiment commanded by Col John T Coffee. It may have actually been the 6th Missouri Cavalry Regiment. Like many Missouri Regiments, it had recruited a great deal in Arkansas. I also see some references to it being re-designated as the 11th Missouri Cavalry Regiment but I am not sure. It appears to have been referred to and known as Coffee’s Arkansas Cavalry, by Arkansas Veterans after the war in applying for their pensions.
