Jimmy Earl Freeman, 86, of Texarkana Arkansas passed away on March 3, 2023. He was born to Garvis Earl Freeman and Flonnie Maebell (Yarbrough) Freeman on July 21, 1936 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jimmy serviced in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Tri State Hunting Club and the Moonshine Hunting Club.
Preceding in death by his parents, Garvis and Flonnie Freeman; a daughter, Deborah Ann Freeman; two sisters, Rose Wilson and Verna Lee Potts; great granddaughter, Nicole Shyann Dodge.
Left to cherish his memory is daughters, Suzie Irene Hatfield (David Leon) of Priest River, Idaho; Sandra Irene Freeman (Darrell Randall), of Texarkana, Arkansas and Becky Ann Strange (Rusty McCrary) of Texarkana, Arkansas; sons, Garvis Earl Freeman (Paula) of Pasa Robles, California, Julian Earnest Freeman of Texarkana, Arkansas; sisters, Kathryn McBee of Crow Station, Arkansas and Flora Branch of Crow Station, Arkansas; grandchildren, Melissa, Jereme, Misty, Mandi, Danial, Bee, Brandon, Michael, Steven and Christina; ten great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and two on the way; His best friend and cousin, Edward Yarbrough.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Moonshine Cemetery in Washington, Arkansas. There will be a visitation beginning one hour prior to the service at the cemetery. Services are under the direction of A O Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, Arkansas.
