Jimmie - June 24, 1887 - April 2, 1968
Rufus - August 16, 1887 - April 25, 1967
Mrs. Jimmie Lou Barton, age 80 died Tuesday afternoon in a local hospital. She was the widow of Rufus Barton and a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Barton is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Susie Adams of Camden and Mrs. Mattie Atterberry of Conway; three sons, James Barton of Logansport, La.; Bob Barton of Big Stone Gap, Va.; and Johnny Barton of Gurdon; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Bluff City Church of Christ with burial in Bluff City Cemetery. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
