January 23, 1936 - December 8, 1990
Ronnie Hayes, 60, of Fort Smith died Sunday, December 8 1996, in Fort Smith. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, a retired plumber with Hayes Brothers Plumbers and a Protestant.
Funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife; Pat Hayes of the home; a daughter, Rhonda Meyers of Booneville; a son, Ronnie Hayes, Jr. of Fort Smith; his mother, Marjorie Hayes of Park Hill, Okla.; a sister, Jeannie Weaver of Fort Smith; and five grand children.
Pallbearers will be Robert Terrell, Bud Johnson, Jim Medsker, Chuck Betts; Chan Holcomb and Fay Hunter.

December 30, 1934 - July 20, 2008
Patricia Jane Hayes passed away peacefully Sunday, July 20, 2008 at home following a long illness during which she was comforted by the many special friends and family members who were at her side during the long treatments. She was born December 30, 1934 in Fort Smith. She was the daughter of the late Adolph Gustave and Octavia Rose. She retired from the Sebastian County Juvenile Detention Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Hayes; a daughter, Rhonda and husband David Meyers of Booneville; a son, Ronald Hayes, Jr., of Booneville, sister, Mary Rose of Lawrence, Kan.; and brother, A.G. Rose II of Fort Smith.
Three granddaughters Melissa Berry, Chelsea Carson and Whitney Bennett; four grandsons, Stony Hayes, Jason and Michael Meyers of Booneville; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 24, 2008, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Eduwards Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Jason and Michael Meyers, nephews, Michael Warbritton, Michael Rose, Charles and Malcom Taff.
Honorary pallbearers will be grandson, Stony Hayes and nephew, Mark Warbritton.
