May 11, 1877 - October 9, 1962
*When Samuel Hensley Latture was born on May 11, 1877, in Birmingham, Alabama, his father, James, was 28 and his mother, Martha, was 26. He married Virginia Lee Cooper and they had four children together. He then married Annie Snead in Marshall, Alabama. He died on October 23, 1962, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 85, and was buried in Alexander, Arkansas.
