*When Roy Edward Crook was born on October 31, 1955, his father, James, was 27 and his mother, Helen, was 20. He had one daughter with one wife. He also had one daughter from another relationship. He died on September 21, 2005, in Benton, Arkansas, at the age of 49, and was buried in Alexander, Arkansas.
