March 13, 1930 — June 18, 2016

John Howard "Jack" Ebbing, age 86, died peacefully in his sleep, June 18 2016. Jack was born to the late Kathleen an Oliver Ebbing March 13, 1930.

He was preceded in death by his sister Marilyn Doyle. He survived by his beloved family, wife of 63 years, Peggy; daughter, Laurie, sons, Chris and Keith (April); sister, Debra (Bill), brother, Edward (Candi) and numerous nieces and nephews who adored him and his beloved grandchildren, J. Summer Roberson and Sean VanPelt.

Special thanks to daughter, Laurie who gave him around the clock care with all the love and devotion she had for her Daddy. Much love to dear friends and neighbors who went far and above what anyone would expect. Special thanks to guardian angels Chris, Shirley and Steve and Big Mike, Daddy dearly loved you all. Jack was a skilled lithographer, boat builder, sailor and landscaper. He was an avid tennis player, most often with his son Keith with points usually ending with cursing, racket-flinging, laughter and exhaustion; fun and cherished memories. He was funny, mischievous, caring and a gentleman. Most of all Daddy loved is Lord, his family, his cats and passed on his love of animals we all share. He especially loved his gra dogs, Miss Ivey and Nay Nay. Thank you for being the best husband, Daddy, brother and friend. You mattered and will be missed more than you could ever imagine. Rest in peace with your precious savior, for you have earned it.

Memorial service at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 23rd at St Francis Catholic Church, Hwy. 300 Little Italy, Ark. Donations in Jack's memory can be made to Pulaski County Humane Society.

Services entrusted to Arkansas Cremation.
