Omlie Ursery was born April 6, 1916. Departed this life August 1, 1920, age 4 years, 3 months and 27 days. She was the daughter of Brother and Sister R. D. Ursery of Boughton, Ark., the granddaughter of Rev. I. J. Ursery, one of our well known preachers in the M. P. church. Little Omlie was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by papa and mama and her little sister and brothers in the home, and by her relatives and friends in the community. Little Omlie was a sweet little girl, but like the flower of the morning when touched by the sun, has withered away. Weep not, dear parents; she will be awaiting you at the beautiful gate. Yet, Brother and Sister Ursery, it is sad indeed to give up our loved ones. Remember Jesus said suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of Heaven. Therefore, we know little Omlie is at rest in the care of our Lord. One by one the gentle shepherd gathered flowers rich and rare, and transplanted them in Heaven, and they shall bloom forever there.
