James C. Sanders, Jr., 42, of Benton, died February 22, 2010 at St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock.
He was born on December 30, 1967 to James C. Sanders, Sr. and Letitia (Glenn) Sanders.
He was an electrician and of the Baptist faith. He was an avid hunter, loved to fish, and was very involved in his daughters' sports and family.
He was preceded in death by his father, James C. Sanders, Sr., one niece, Brandi Kret, and both maternal and paternal grandparents.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his partner, Sheri Johnson of Alexander; one son, Aaron Johnson of Bryant; three daughters, Summer Butts of Little Rock, Amber Sanders of Benton, and Breanna Sanders of Alexander; one grandchild, Paisley Hillman of Little Rock; three sisters, Denise Tipton and husband, Harold of Benton, Felicia Diemer of Shannon Hills, and Heather Hutchinson of Benton; two brothers, Rodney Sanders and wife, Bridget of Benton and Walter Sanders of Benton, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Graveside services were held at Mt. Harmony Cemetery in Haskell with Bro. Scott Nalley officiating.
Serving as pallbearers were Rodney Sanders, Walter Sanders, Jimmy Glenn, Eddie Moody, Jake Sky Eagle, and Prentis Field.
Honorary pallbearers were Ricky Carver, James Jones, Tony Garcia, and Harold Tipton.
