Robert Lee “Bill” Belin was born December 19, 1963 to the late Tommy and Mattie Belin in Fordyce, Arkansas. He was the third of four children. Robert received his heavenly wings on April 16, 2024.

He completed his early education at Fordyce High School, Class of 1982. Robert then joined the navy and completed four years. After the navy he choose to enter the working world and was always regarded as a dependable, dedicated worker who took pride in his work. He worked at Kaufman Lumber Company.

Robert always enjoyed time with his family and friends.

Robert is preceded in death by his dad Tommy; mother Mattie; one son Robert “Brian”; one brother Thomas “June”, and one nephew Bobby Jr.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory: one daughter: Ebony Rachel (Kenneth)of Conway, AR; seven sons: Antwon Belin of Milwaukee, WI; Mark Belin (Aaliyah) of Little Rock, AR; Courtney Belin of Conway, AR; Kevin Parham (Kazumi) of Japan; Xzavier Morris (Danyelle) of Pine Bluff, AR; Calvin Howard of New Orleans, LA; and Nolly Velev of San Diego, CA.one sister: Rosie Harris of Little Rock, AR; one brother: Bobby Johnson of Houston. Seven grandsons and eight granddaughters; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and many others who will truly miss Robert “Bill”.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 2:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
