William James Swaffar, age 81, of Springfield, Arkansas passed away on April 23, 2024. He was born in Heber Spring, Arkansas on March 4, 1943 to parents Oscar Swaffar and Edith (Rather) Swaffar.
William enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting in his spare time. He was a big outdoorsman. He also enjoyed watching old westerns.
William is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Truman Swaffar, Ruby Copeland, Mary Townsend, and Jeffrey Swaffar.
He is survived by his daughters Laura Swaffar and Mary Swaffar; grandchildren Taylor Reynolds, Tara Swaffar, Stormy Swaffar, Anthony Langsford, and Antonio Langford; brother Arlin Swaffar and Robert Swaffar; James Heffin, James Leonard, Jerry McCoy, Walter Collinger; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
