Obituary
Dr. Clifford Arlo Boswell, age 54, of Batesville, Arkansas passed away Sunday, July 1, 2007 in a local hospital. Born on August 18, 1952 in Batesville, he was the son of Samuel A. Boswell and Maxine Wood Boswell of Floral, Arkansas.
Clifford graduated from Southside High School in 1970, he enlisted in the US Air Force in 1972 and stayed until 1974. He graduated from UALR and UAMS in 1985 and did his residency in Family Practice at Pine Bluff from 1986-1988. He practiced medicine in Newark at the Newark Medical Clinic for many years and was a member and deacon of the First Assembly of God in Batesville.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra L. Boswell of Batesville; three sons, Zach Boswell and his wife, Heidi of Batesville, Micah Boswell and his wife, Tasha of Little Rock, Jacob Boswell and his wife, Kecia of Springfield, MO; one daughter, Leah Eckart and her husband, Caleb of Little Rock; one brother, Mike Boswell and his wife, Phyllis of Lamar; and one step-grandson, Calvin Branscum.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services are Tuesday, July 3, 10:00 a.m., at the First Assembly of God in Batesville with Bro. Terry Davis and Bro. Kevin Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Willis-Hays Funeral Service of Batesville.

Pallbearers are Roger Wright, Jim Whitson, Buddy Jones, Eddie Eckart, Jerry Middleton and Mike Jeffrey.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Mohit Narang, Dr. Meraj Siddiqui and Dr. Jeffrey Bordelon.

Visitation is Monday evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Assembly of God Family Life Center.
