AJ Vaughn III, age 40, left this earth on December 26, 2023 at 10:29 am.
AJ was born on May 12, 1983 in Morristown TN to AJ Vaughn II and Ann Marie (Spoon) Vaughn.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents. AJ is survived by his loving wife of seventeen years (together for 24 years) Ashley Vaughn; children, Heaven (Dakota) Bean, AJ Vaughn IV, and Olivia Vaughn; and two grandsons, Jonathon Bean and AJ Vaughn V.
AJ was a Jack-of-all-trades who would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He was a lifelong Redskins fan. “Hail to the Redskins” (if you know, you know)!
Left to remember his caring and generous heart are his grandpa, Dewey L. Spoon, his brothers and sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews, and a host of friends from all walks of life all around the world.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 29th at Graves Memorial Baptist Church, 4617 Oak Grove Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72118. Family and friends are encouraged to drop in between 4:00-6:00pm.
