Alvin Harry Morgan, 73 years of age, passed away on March 15th, 2024, at Arkansas Heart Hospital of Little Rock, surrounded by his family.

Born in 1950 to parents, Josie “Jo” and Harry Morgan, Alvin spent his childhood in Grand Junction, Colorado, where he first developed his lifelong love of the outdoors, which he shared with countless others.

His loved ones will remember him as a man of few words with a big heart. Alvin always considered his greatest achievement the care he showed his wife, children, and family home. He leaves behind a legacy of wisdom, love, and laughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Karen

Mullins Morgan; children Victoria (Seth) Huckaba, Elizabeth Morgan, David Morgan, & Chelsie (William) Bullock; grandchildren Kaleb & Evan Huckaba, Gaby, Aleta & Levi Bullock, and brother, Dr. Jim Morgan.

A memorial celebration will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, March 22nd, at Biblical Lifestyle Center, 907 County Road 2311, Texarkana, TX, with Rev. Bill Bullock officiating under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Hope.

Burial with family and friends will immediately follow at Rondo Cemetery, McClure Rd, Texarkana, AR 71854, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Hope.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you check the air in your tires, the belts and the spark plug wires – just as he would have for his children. Donations in his name can be made to Biblical Lifestyle Center.
