*When Roy Lamar Vinson was born on October 11, 1904, his father, Oscar, was 24 and his mother, Minnie, was 19. He married Thelma Elenore Crosby in Pulaski, Arkansas. They had one child during their marriage. He died on July 21, 1974, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 69, and was buried in Pangburn, Arkansas.
