Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Nelson-Savage chapel for W.J. Sanders, 84, who died December 23 at Van Nays, Calif. The Rev. Richard Martin will conduct the service and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. He was born October 5, 1859 at Marion, Ill., the son of Dempsey S. and Ellender M. Wood Sanders.
Survivors include four sons, Roy Sanders of Fayetteville, and Frank, Ira and Jack Sanders, all of Van Nays, and three daughters, Mrs. Lucy Moore of Fayetteville, Mrs. John Gandy of Oakland, Calif., and Miss Ruby Sanders of Van Nays.
Pallbearers will be Earl Page, Tom Feathers, George Tharp, Earnest Atha, Leland Bryan, Jim Hannah, Barry Sanford, and Roy Scott.
