Orville Lee Capwell Jr., 41, of Fayetteville died Saturday at Washington Regional Medical Center at Fayetteville. He was born April 30, 1958, at Fayetteville to Orville Lee (Dutch) Capwell and Bonnie Hoskins Capwell.

He was a bus driver for Springdale School District. He was a member at Springdale Riding Club, Rodeo of the Ozarks, Arkansas Team Ropers Association, and was the main club leader of the Savoy 4-H Club. He was chief administration officer, human resources director, and on the Board of Directors of Centra Industries. He was a member at First Baptist Church of Springdale.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Capwell of the home; his mother, Bonnie Capwell Brooks of Springdale; three daughters, Christy Hash of Springdale, and Hillary and Bonninda Capwell, both of the home; one brother, Larry Garriott of Springdale; four sisters, Lisa Trammell of Elkins, Jeanne Collins of Springdale, Geneva Branch of Lubbock, Texas, and Sheryl Phillips of Corsicana, Texas; and one granddaughter.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Beard's Funeral Chapel of Fayetteville with Mark Weaver officiating. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Beard's Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
