February 15, 1953 - January 12, 2019
Leon "Richey" Cagle, age 65, of Pine Bluff passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019. He was born on February 15, 1953 in Smackover, Arkansas, to Leon David and Lois Moore Cagle. Mr. Cagle served in the United States Marine Corps HMA-169 during Vietnam. He enjoyed playing the guitar and loved singing about the Lord. Richey was a wonderful provider, husband, father and grandfather to his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Jonnie Hamby and Linda.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Patty Cagle; children, Cassie Coleman, Aaron Asher Cagle; grandchildren, Cadence Coleman, Harper Cagle, Ava Coleman, Thomas Cagle, Cayleigh Moheb and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will by 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2019 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Interment will follow at Moseley Cemetery in Bradley County. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Pallbearers are Raymond Williams, Michael Wilbanks, Kurt Ray, Ethan Hayes, Aaron Cagle, Paul Jackson and Daniel Coleman; honorary pallbearer is Thomas Cagle. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
