Philip Carl Stephens, 55, of Bartlett, Tennessee, formerly of Fort Smith died Thursday, July 7, 2005, in Bartlett. He was a member of the First Lutheran Church and a graduate of the First Lutheran School.
Funeral was held at 10 a.m. at First Lutheran Church with burial at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He is survived by his sister, Janelle.
