Jack Lynden Bross, 75, of Bella Vista, died Feb. 12, 1993, at Springdale Memorial Hospital. He was born July 8, 1917, in Bridgewater, Iowa to John Bross and Leona Gossett Bross.
He served in the U.S. Marines in World War II, in the Pacific Campaign.
He was a Shriner, a member of the ZAGAZIG Consistry of Des Moines, and a member of Velda Rose Methodist Church in Mesa, Ariz.
He enjoyed golfing, reading and playing the organ.
He moved here in 1991, from Mesa, Ariz.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma L. Means Bross, of the home; a daughter, Consuelo "Connie" Louise Dowd of Minneapolis; and two grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Bella Vista Community Church Chapel, by the Rev. David McKay.
Burial will be at a later date.
Memorials can be made to Bella Vista Community Church.
Cremation was by Benton County Memorial Park.
Funeral arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Service of Bentonville.
