April 3, 1931 - April 10, 2015
Winson Dee “Buck” Buckelew passed away April 10, 2015 at Lakewood Nursing Home.
He was born April 3, 1931 in Medina, Texas to the late Jim & Vera Buckelew.
Buck served in the National Army Guard for 20 years retiring as Sergeant Major then he worked 20 years for Proctor and Gamble in California before moving to Arkansas to live closer to family. He was preceded in death by his three brothers, one was his twin.
Survived by his wife, June Buckelew; two sons, Gene Maxwell of Lawton, Oklahoma and Jeff Maxwell of Hot Springs; one daughter, Judy Maxwell of Duncan, Oklahoma; many grandkids, great grandkids; great-great grandkids and all his friends at Lakewood.
There will be a graveside service 10:00 AM Monday April 20th at Morning Star Cemetery.
