MANSFIELD - Boutta Phakhamvilay, 57, of Mansfield died Monday, April 4, 2005, in a local hospital. He was born April 14, 1947, in Laos. He was a self-employed poultry farmer for Tyson and a Baptist. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Lewis Funeral Chapel with burial at Roselawn Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Vanh; four daughters, Souksaveuy Phakhamvilay of Austin, Texas, Sysavanh Phakhamvilay of Mansfield, Chan Phakhamvilay of Little Rock and Kim Phantriyavong of Murfeesboro, Tenn.; a son, Xayavong Phakhamvilay of Fort Smith; one sister; two brothers; and seven grandchildren.
