June 16, 1961 - April 18, 2012
Barry Murphy, 50, of Hot Springs, went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2012. He was born June 16, 1961 in Hot Springs to Bert and Joyce Murphy, Sr. He is predeceased by his parents and brother, Brandon Murphy. Barry enjoyed music, football and wrestling.
Loving survivors include his son Barry and his wife, Alex Murphy; three granddaughters, Madison, Laila and Ava Murphy; brothers, Thomas Murphy and Bert ‘Duke' Murphy, all of Hot Springs; sister, Therese and husband, Rudy Rios, of Houston, Texas; aunts, Janice Pineda and Kay Hanson and husband, Don; niece, Amber Hernandez and nephew, James Murphy.
Visitation is 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
Funeral services are 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Morning Star Cemetery.
Pallbearers are James Murphy, Tony Lucio, Rudy Rios, Dale Suezaki, Alberto Gasca and Mitchell Gautreaux. Honorary pallbearers are Mike Beasly, Jim Miller, David Lamb, Jeff Lamb, and Michael Blackburn.
