January 10, 1906 - January 9, 1967
John Oscar Lee, 60 years old, of 700 South 4th Street, Van Buren, Arkansas died Monday night, January 9, 1967 at his home. He had been a resident of Van Buren for two years and was an employee of the Fort Smith Couch and Bedding company. He was born January 10, 1906 at McAlester, Oklahoma.
Survivors are his step-mother, Sarah of Russellville; four half-brothers, James, B.B and Ralph all of Fort Smith and Russell of Olton, Texas; three half-sisters, Nettie of Muldrow, Oklahoma, Alice Ruth of Amarillo, Texas and Annie of Abilene, Texas; two step-sisters, Nola of Russellville and Opal of Dallas Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Fentress Mortuary chapel with C. W. Kesner officiating. Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
